摘要:
校园网络视频是高校开展思想政治工作的重要阵地，也是一种新型有效传播社会主义先进文化的重要载体，它具有发挥宣传和舆论导向、教书育人、素质教育等独特作用。
Abstract:
The campus network video is the important part in the university thought political work. It is also one kind of new and effective important carrier that disseminates socialism advanced culture. It has the unique function such as displaying propaganda and the guidance of public opinion， imparting knowledge and the education.
