摘要:
为提高煤矿企业安全投入效率,通过构建安全投入效率评价模型,并采用三阶段DEA模型和Malmquist指数法分别从静态与动态两个层面对煤矿企业效益进行评价。结果表明:从静态指数变化来看,外部环境因素对煤矿企业效率产生了一定程度的影响,大部分企业的综合技术效率提升,说明安全投入存在冗余,部分企业的综合技术效率下降,说明其处在良好的外部环境中;技术进步是导致企业效率增长的主要原因。从动态指数变化来看,企业效率主要受技术效率变化的制约。因此,排除外界环境因素的影响,可以更真实的反映煤矿企业的安全投入效率,从而更好的为企业生产工作提供指导。
Abstract:
To improve the safety input efficiency of coal mining enterprises, this paper constructs an evaluation model of safety input efficiency, and the three-stage data envelopment analysis model and the Malmquist index method were used to evaluate the benefits of coal mining enterprises from static and dynamic perspectives, respectively. The research results show that viewed from the perspective of static index changes, the external environmental factors have direct influences on the efficiency of coal mining enterprises, and the comprehensive technical efficiency of most enterprises is improved, which shows that there is redundancy in safety investment.The comprehensive technical efficiency of some enterprises has declined, indicating that they are in a good external environment. Herein, technological progress is the main reason for the increase of enterprise efficiency.The enterprise efficiency is mainly constrained by changes in technical efficiency from the perspective of dynamic index changes.Finally, It is suggested that excluding the influence of external environmental factors can more truly reflect the safety input efficiency of coal mining enterprises, so as to provide better guidance for the production work of enterprises.
