摘要:
风险企业是获得风险投资而成长的企业，其核心竞争力的形成条件与一般企业有所不同。论文在分析风险企业的内涵和特征的基础上，总结笔者多年来相关研究成果，系统提出了风险企业核心竞争力形成的条件，即风险企业家的独特作用、发展战略的科学制定、无形资源的合理利用、技术创新能力的持续提升、风险投资后的有效管理和市场营销的不断创新等。
Abstract:
The core competence is very important for venture enterprises which grew under acquiring risk investment. The formation conditions of core competence of venture enterprises are different from general enterprises. Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of venture enterprises，concluded the authors relevant research results over the years. The formation conditions of core competence of venture enterprises are given out in this paper. The basic elements of core competence of venture enterprises include the unique role of entrepreneurs，the formulation of scientific development strategies，and the heterogeneity resources rational use of，the continued upgrade of technological innovation capability，the effective management of postinvestment and marketing innovation and so on.
